August 30, 2014:
Took about a week or two but I got used to living in the city and navigating around the tube. Once we mastered the area, we decided to try and venture out past Baker Street. Nikki, Maia and I took a trip out to find some of the local marketplaces. We took a walk through the Borough Marketplace and Covent Garden. On our way around we found the London Bridge, a street performer, street decorations, Tower of London, and all of the poppy flowers set up around the tower. Just the beginning of a semester worth of adventures!
